HR Specialist – Company Pension Plan (m/f/d)

HR Specialist – Occupational pension (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) As a specialist (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) for occupational retirement provision, you take a central role in the care, control and further development of our bAV systems. In your area of responsibility, you work on challenging and complex supply-relevant issues, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks and are an esteemed contact person for employees, executives and internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you actively contribute your expertise to projects for process optimization, digitization and further development of existing supply models. With your know-how, you can make an important contribution to a legally secure, efficient and forward-looking design of our bAV services and continue to shape them sustainably together with relevant interfaces.

You are responsible for the technical support and processing of all bAV-relevant processes along the entire Employee Life Cycle (entry, ongoing employment relationship, retirement period, retirement entry and exit). You check and process complex supply-law issues in all execution paths, including supply regulations, payment conversions, inadvertentities, supply compensation, survivors' benefits and pension calculations. You ensure compliance with all statutory, collective and regulatory requirements of occupational pensions (including BetrAVG, BRSG). You act as a central contact person for employees, executives and internal and external stakeholders (e.g. insurers, utilities, Aktuare, lawyers). You accompany internal and external audits (economic auditors, auditing, oversight), clarify technical questions and ensure audit-proof documentation. You participate in the development, standardization and optimization of bAV processes and support digitization and modernization projects. You start professional evaluations, reports and decision bases with interfaces to HR and Finance (e.g. provisions, pension obligations, case numbers). You support strategic questions on the further development of bAV models taking into account employer attractiveness, governance and compliance

Complete studies of business management, legal or economics, human resources management or a comparable qualification (e.g. with a focus on bAV, social security or labour law). Insufficient professional experience in the field of occupational pensions, ideally in a company with complex pension schemes or group structure. Good knowledge of the Business Pensions Act (BetrAVG) as well as adjacent legal areas (work, tax and social security law) and experience, among others, with change of pay, accidents, pension compensation and pension calculations. Safe handling of HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM) and MS Office as well as experience in working with finance, insurers and external service providers. Interest in process and digital developments in the bAV environment and openness to new technologies and automation solutions. Embossed consulting and communication skills, high service and quality orientation as well as analytical, structured and solution-oriented work with Hands‐on-Mentality.
