Check and create concept, design and execution planning Participation in cost management and construction cost planning of complex construction projects Responsibility for mass investigations and construction cost estimates (construction technology) Determination of time, cost and cost framework for planning services Coordination of interfaces between contractors, authorities and internal departments

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project management in high, low or engineering (e.g. as a design engineer, project controller or project manager (m/w/d)) Experience in handling CAD systems of advantage Safe handling of current MS Office programs Structured, responsible and communicative mode of operation
