Principal Consultant (m/w/d) Professional & Executive Personalberatung

Your tasks:

RECRUITING & SALES EXCELLENCE - Your role

• Control of your projects including sales responsibility
• Responsibility for the entire search and selection process for the occupation of specialist and leadership positions at well-known customers
• Choice, address and support of candidate:inside and further expansion of your network
• Interview management (telephone, virtual, personal) and the creation of meaningful reports for our customers - we focus on quality instead of quantity!

C1 level) and a class B licence A high service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile
