Number: MER0004885 Our HR Consulting team supports internationally established areas of expertise in the fields of quality, planning and logistics, as well as their managers as a strategic partner for central HR, organizational and talent management topics. We advise, develop concepts and implement them. We always keep in mind the business requirements, the quality and a sustainable effect.

To support our team, we are looking for motivated interns who not only want to get to know HR but to actively shape it. These challenges include:

As an intern in HR Consulting, you work closely with experienced HR consultants and support them in their diverse roles: Strategic HR and Organisational Work: Cooperation in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of HR and organisational projects Support for conceptual tasks, e.g. in the areas of organisational design, role and task descriptions as well as HR concepts Creation of decision bases, presentations and management documents Organisational development: Support in the development and revision of target images, role models and process descriptions Analysis of organisational structures and HR data Participation in workshops, dates and project formats Skill topics: Working on topics of talent management, e.g. development models, skills and competence topics Support in implementing HR standards and instruments Processing best practices and benchmarks Advice and communication: Support in communication between HR, departments and other interfaces Creation of information documents, presentations and decision templates Support for HR-relevant issues Own ideas and further development: Introducing own ideas to improve HR processes, tools and concepts Working on digital topics such as HR tools, AI support and process optimization The activity can begin from mid-January 2027.
