Number: MER0003XP9 The Service Delivery Model project is anchored in the HR area People Operations and drives one of the central transformations in our HR organization. We work across locations, in particular closely with our core team in Berlin, on the further development and standardization of modern HR processes and roles. Interns get insights into a dynamic project environment that combines operational and conceptual work. Studies in the field of economics, social sciences or humanities, ideally related to human resources management, organization, communication or related subjects Interest in HR Transformation, Process Design and Modern HR Work in People Operations Environment Safe German and English in Word and Writing Good handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Quick conception, structured working and pleasure in analysis, research and concept tasks Communication strength, team orientation and open handling of different stakeholders independent and reliable operation and willingness to take responsibility for your own thematic packages
