Maintain and manage your own property inventory including the creation and collection of rental contracts, focusing on commercial properties in our sales area Be the first respondent and lead correspondence with our landlords:inside and ready contracts, supplements and decision-making templates Control, understand and construct the heating and operating costs bills and process contradictions Take commercial deficiencies, rent accounting and dunning as well as the control and release of invoices

Completed training in real estate or a comparable qualification Professional experience in real estate and lease management, preferably with a focus on commercial real estate Good knowledge in dealing with the current MS Office applications Sovereign in dealing with landlords:inside Self-employed and careful operation, as well as a pronounced service orientation and communication strength Joy of work in the team and at eye level
