Collection, modification, delivery, invoice of customer orders from our subsidiaries worldwide Creation of export documents Compliance with export and customs rules, in particular the provisions of customs preferential legislation, export procedures and export control Consumption of returns and complaints as well as collection of quality reports in SAP Creation of goods and spares Cooperation with internal interfaces and customers Cooperation in projects and close communication and coordination with internal and external interfaces and related companies Life of Lean Philosophy at the European Logistics Center

Completed commercial training and first professional experience Training in customs and foreign trade law Knowledge of Air Freight Safety (§7) would be desirable Knowledge in SAP SD and in common MS Office applications The ability to address problems in a structured and systematic manner Good knowledge of English Implementation of the customer-first approach
