Are you ready to support our mission? We need you as Projektmanager (m/w/d) in full time for the location Freiburg

Quality management (HACCP, allergen management, auditing, sample assessment, raw material specification, complaint assessment, crisis management) Food Responsibility (current food law, analytics complaints) Organization, optimization of QS by benefits and costs (including laboratory management, budget, laboratory analysis) Continuous optimization of quality assurance measures in terms of quality improvements, value added and profitability Organisation and optimization of management systems according to IFS, as IFS Representative/QM Representative Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments at local and international level

Studies in natural sciences with food reference (e.g. food technology, nutritional sciences, chemistry or similar courses Funded knowledge of food technology, food analysis, food law, EU organic regulations, quality standards, HACCP and sensor technology leadership qualities and first experience in employee management, enforcement ability, commitment, team spirit, independent work, communication strength Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP and very good English skills Practical experience in quality management systems and audits (IFS, Bio, etc)
