Complete and demand-oriented advice: You advise our business and business customers on passive products, taking into account all relevant aspects of asset building and asset optimization. You place these products in our OSPlus system, change them and release them if needed Strategy development: You develop self-responsively well-founded strategies for asset consulting, always having a look at the entire Sparkasse product and service portfolio Generation consulting: You offer our customers generation consulting, always in close coordination with the primary supervisor Sales talks and demand determination: You conduct sales talks for holistic demand determination within the framework of the S financial concept and are responsible for their preparation, implementation and post-processing Communication in the team: You provide feedback on your conversation results and regularly agree with your primary advisor to achieve the best possible results for our customers Targeted preparation: You take care of the agreed reimbursements and make sure that all steps in customer support are implemented smoothly

You have a successfully completed training for the savings banks or bank specialist (m/w/d) and ideally the individual customer support seminar at a savings bank (if not, you can do it with us) You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the up-to-date customer consulting of private customers or commercial customers You have excellent ways of handling and an adequate appearance – always targeted and with a positive appearance You work independently and have a high level of service orientation Your consulting and sales skills are excellent, and you can attract customers with enthusiasm for customized solutions You see yourself as an ambassador of our savings bank and represent us with commitment and passion, especially in the social environment of our customers
