Perception of all tasks of a specialist for occupational safety, which are standardized according to § 6 ASiG Advising those responsible in the planning and construction of production facilities, technical facilities and working procedures, in the procurement of technical equipment, working materials, protective equipment and the selection and testing of physical agents Determination of deficits and potential for improvement in occupational safety and impact on improvements Proposals for the design of work equipment, workplaces and working environments, including ergonomics Implementation of risk assessments by participation in planning, construction and commissioning, as well as in the context of operations and accident investigations Implementation of instruction, training and seminars on occupational safety topics in German and English Ensure legal compliance. Support for operational pre-laws in implementing new regulations

Bachelor or Master degree in safety technology or a scientific/technical field Training as a specialist for occupational safety Negotiations Embossed capacity for conflict and compromise as well as a problem-solving-oriented working style Teamability, high level of independence and service orientation Flowing English and German knowledge
