Your tasks

Dispose and plan the operations of our external service technicians in coordination with the client.

Accept incoming service orders, process them and coordinate their implementation.

Support in day planning and step-by-step takeover of independent tour planning and control in SAP

Be the contact person for our external service technicians, the client as well as house administrations and landlords around the order processing.

Edit appointment changes, prioritize orders and coordinate short-term adjustments in daily business.

Calculate capacity regularly and report resources in close coordination with the Workforce Management and Area Management

You are completed vocational training and ideally experience in the MRP / personnel deployment planning / workforce management is a plus, but not absolutely necessary – we are mainly looking for motivated talents!

very good knowledge of German in word and writing
