Team Leader Product Management Fraud Detection & AFC AI (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of Product Managers responsible for our Fraud Detection Systems as well as for the AI agencies supporting AFC operations in case processing and suspicion reporting Developing the product strategy and roadmap for Fraud Detection and agent-based AFC workflows, ensuring a meaningful prioritization between both thematic areas and maintaining technological and regulatory developments You drive the responsible use of AI and machine learning in fraud and money laundering prevention and make sure that human-in-the-loop principles, model governance and traceability are fully adhered to. For the close interconnection of Fraud Detection and AI agencies with adjacent systems (transaction monitoring, case management, screening), you work closely with AFC operations, IT development, data science and external technology partners. You represent your area against compliance, data science, internal audit, external auditors and management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal AI policies You coach and develop your team professionally and personally, promote self-responsive work and further develop the team according to the growth of the bank

You have a successfully completed study with economic or IT-technical orientation (e.g. business informatics, economic engineering, BWL) or a comparable qualification You bring several years of professional experience in (technical) product management in the area of Fraud Prevention, AML/AFC or AI/automatization solutions, of which ideally first experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of teams You have technical understanding of Fraud Detection approaches as well as generic AI and agent-based systems, including the associated governance and control requirements You are characterized by strong leadership, communication strength and the ability to lead a team in the field of innovation and regulatory You work structured and solution-oriented and can easily prepare complex technical and regulatory issues You have experience in working with IT development teams, data science, compliance and internal audit as well as very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing
