You support the operational personnel work and the creation and dispatch of work contracts, contract changes and certificates. The applicant management is in your hands - from the creation of the job advertisement to the appointment coordination of the job interviews. As an organizational designer, you can enjoy the entire preparation and follow-up of our diverse trainings. You are looking forward to general administrative and organizational processes including data management in the HR system. You are fit in the organization of statistics, evaluations and reports. The design and coordination of the incorporation plans and the first weeks of our new employees is in your hands. Your communicative strengths prove you in daily exchange with your colleagues and you are actively involved in various projects (health day, working party, ...).

You have a successfully completed commercial training and are looking for entry into the human resources. First professional experience in the administrative field and in organizational issues is desirable. Communication and team skills are a “must-have” for you in everyday work. A high degree of loyalty and discretion are self-evident and you do your tasks trustworthy and service-oriented.
