Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Munich They take over the planning, control and implementation of specific HR projects in coordination and cooperation with other interfaces. In addition, you accompany transformation projects within the business unit and ensure the consideration of HR-relevant aspects. They prepare key indicators, conduct analyses and provide them in a consolidated manner. You create and edit documents and presentations as part of the projects to be supervised. They ensure continuous coordination with internal and external stakeholders as well as smooth communication flows. They ensure that the projects are carried out on time, quality and budget-oriented and, if necessary, implement measures and implement them together with the project organisation.

Education: Successfully completed relevant studies in the field of BWL, business informatics, human resources management and a comparable study focus or comparable training. Personality and working methods: safe occurrence, high social competence and a structured and process-oriented way of working. Very good communication skills, intercultural competence combined with a clear outcome orientation and enforcement capability. High IT and numbers affinity. Experiences and know-how: multi-year professional experience in the HR environment and in international project work. Funded knowledge in HR processes, controlling and IT tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI). Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
