Your duties You actively promote the theme of Total Rewards as a key lever for performance, competitiveness and business transformation. Your task is to design and develop market-oriented, performance-oriented remuneration structures and global benefits strategies. You ensure fairness, transparency, compliance and cost efficiency across all components of the Total Rewards approach. You are responsible for building and controlling a globally uniform job architecture as well as global job evaluation and graduation systems. You conduct market analyses, global remuneration benchmarks and reviews of personnel costs. You develop and implement global incentive models and are responsible for the annual compensation processes. You define global governance structures, standards and guidelines, while allowing regional flexibility. You run and accompany global total-rewards projects and initiatives to continuously optimize and modernise HR landscapes. You use data and analysis to support fact-based decisions in the Compensation area. In addition, you have the opportunity to actively shape highly effective global HR transformation topics.
Your profile You have a degree in business, human resources, IT, statistics or in a comparable field of expertise. You have proven experience in the management of global compensation frameworks in complex matrix organisations. Your strong analytical skills, your strong communication skills as well as your experience in the management of complex projects are yours. In addition, you are convinced by your ability to effectively influence and win senior stakeholders for your topics.
