Technical Solution Architect Bid & Presales (m/f/d)

In this role you take a central role in the technical presales strategy, solution architecture and offering development in demanding customer projects. Become part of our team – in an internal and indefinite setting as Technical Solution Architect (m/w/x) Bid & Presales with the following tasks at the Gaimersheim site:

Generally responsible conception of the technical supply component for customer requests and tenders (RFPs, RFIs) Strategic interpretation of predefined scopes with identification of blurredness, risks and negotiation spaces Development of solution architectures (Solution Architecture) with a view to feasibility, cost-effectiveness and offering positioning Structured definition of assumptions, premises and performance limitations for active control of expectations Co-responsibility for Win-Rate and Gross Margin through sound cost estimation and risk-conscious solution structure Close coordination with Sales for technical argumentation and positioning at the customer Implementation of customer workshops, presentations and technical demos to validate and defend the solution Support of delivery by transparent documentation of the supply logic

Multiannual experience in presales, technical offer development or Solution Architecture with responsibility for offerings Detectable experience in structuring complex performance cuts and in handling tenders (RFP processes) Extensive understanding of economic relationships, offering scaling and risk assessment Ability to strategically position technical solutions and make sustainable decisions even under uncertainty Diplomatic enforcement capability and professional appearance towards customers, sales and delivery Found architectural understanding in at least one of the following areas: Web technologies (e.g. JavaScript/Frameworks, APIs, CMS, E-Commerce) Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) Software architectures and modern development processes
