Then come to JOBLINGE. For our general team of JOBLINGE gAG FrankfurtRheinMain we are looking for a project coordination & networking PLAN A Thüringen (m/w/d) in full time. You work closely with the project management in Frankfurt, but you are responsible for the operational implementation and strategic networking on site in Thuringia.

You combine operational strength with strategic thinking: As you enter individual participants, you develop parallel cooperations with schools, job centres, companies and other regional actors. You can safely compete with institutional partners and represent PLAN A convincingly. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented – especially in a setup phase with structures that are not yet fully established. You understand network building as an active design task and not as a pure voting activity. You identify yourself with our commitment to commemorate professional security and social responsibility. You know the challenges of young people in Thuringia and are familiar with local institutions at the transition school profession. You are ready to make regular business trips within Thuringia What makes this role special:You are building PLAN A in Thuringia from the beginning. You are responsible for the balance of activation, mediation and individual commitment You create a regional infrastructure that allows young people to make real transitions to training.

Personality and team fitness are particularly important to us and we are looking forward to getting to know you in the application process. We would be happy if you already brought some of these hard facts: You have a successfully completed study with a focus on social science or economics or a comparable training. You have a well-founded professional experience, for example in the fields of career guidance, personnel development, labour market integration, education management or in cooperation with companies and authorities in the context of training and labour market integration. You have the pleasure of working with different target groups and bringing communication strength as well as a safe occurrence in dealing with decision-makers. You have distinct organizational and conceptual skills. In addition, you are characterized by reliability and self-initiative. You know more than 10 apprenticeships and can bring the different professions closer to young adults. You optimally bring good knowledge of the German training and labour market as well as pre-experience in working with young people with and without fleeing background.
