Team Leader General Services (m/f/d)

You lead the Team General Services and thereby place a special focus on the compliance of our service and support standards in customer contact. You control and optimize the workflows within the team and qualify your employees for legal or organizational changes. When performing the day-to-day operating business, you are available to your team as a professional contact person. You provide efficient task management and control of costs in supply management. You will ensure the acquisition of new customer potential as well as the active customer response in your team.

Ideally, you have completed a training on social security (m/w/d) with completed training in the field of health insurance or a comparable training. Professional experience in a health insurance company as well as initial management experiences are advantageous. You have very good knowledge of the law on the performance and administrative procedures of statutory health insurance.
