• HACCP: Hygiene is your constant companion – you ensure order and cleanliness at the operating counter

Your conditions

• Training:They preferably have training as a Fleischer, Metzger, retailer, specialist seller, seller or comparable
• Knowledge:Ideally bring you experience in fresh meat (meat, sausage, cheese, fish or bakery)
