With your electric know-how, you don't just want to pull cables, but you really want to make apartments and houses safe and modern - and make them really good for that?

In this position in Cologne, you work in the living environment and in private households and can earn up to 30 € per hour, depending on your experience - transparent, fair and value-adding.

These are your tasks:

• You take over the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment and components in apartments and residential buildings.
• You take care of sockets, switches, lighting systems, distributors, fuses and simple building technology components.
• You carry out tests and functional checks in accordance with applicable regulations and ensure safe operation of electrical installations.
• You are modernizing existing systems, implementing smaller modifications and adjustments, and ensuring modern, safe solutions.
• You work in direct contact with residents - friendly, reliable and explain in a comprehensible way what you do.
• You can document your orders in a short and comprehensible manner so that MRP and team can keep track of them at any time.

That's what we want from you:

• Complete training as an electrician, an electronic engineer for energy and building technology, an electrical installer, an operating electrician or a comparable qualification
• Experience in maintenance, repair or service in the electrical sector - ideally in buildings or in the residential area
• Secure handling of measuring and testing equipment and valid standards and safety regulations
• Pleasure to work in inhabited apartments and houses and a professional appearance towards tenants and owners
• Self-employed, structured working and a pronounced sense of security
• Good knowledge of German for coordination with residents, clients and the team
• Class B licence for flexible use in daily business
