The CITTI Group is an expansive family business based in Kiel. With our subsidiary CHEFS CULINAR, we supply customers throughout Germany and neighbouring countries as industry leader in wholesale delivery. In addition to six shopping centers in northern Germany, including in Flensburg, Kiel and Lübeck also with its own CITTI food specialist markets, the globally active HMS Hanseatic Marine Services is one of us. Our over 300-person IT department contributes decisively to our growth and success. In addition to software development, this includes the control and networking of IT systems, the development and implementation of security architecture, the entire IT operation of all applications and systems hosted in their own data center, as well as IT support and the organisation and implementation of IT strategy projects. CRM Solution Architect (m/w/d)

Holistic architecture and further development of the CRM and distribution system landscape with focus on Salesforce Conception and implementation of scalable solutions along the entire customer journey (lead to crash) Analysis, design and optimization of end-to-end sales processes involving adjacent systems (e.g. ERP, Marketing Automation, E-Commerce) Translation of technical requirements into technical solution architectures and target images Control and governance of integrations between Salesforce and other sales systems Responsibility for architecture standards, data models and system design (including data quality and consistency) Close cooperation with departments, IT and external partners to implement projects and initiatives Technical direction of CRM projects incl. Assessment of new technologies and features in the Salesforce ecosystem Support in change, release and deployment strategies Ensuring scalability, performance and sustainability of the CRM landscape

Complete study of (economic) informatics, business management or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the CRM environment, ideally in an architecture or lead role Salesforce (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and experience in complex system landscapes Experience in the integration of CRM systems with adjacent platforms (e.g. ERP, Marketing Tools, Data Platforms) Strong understanding of sales processes and digital business models Experience in designing solution architectures, data models and interfaces (APIs, Middleware) Analytical thinking capacity as well as structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and ability to mediate between discipline and IT Experience in stakeholder management and management of external service providers Very good knowledge of German and English
