Technical management and further development of the WPC systems including membrane and evaporation technology and associated peripheral systems (e.g. process water, chlorine dioxide) Ensuring stable, efficient and economical production processes taking into account quality, hygiene, energy use and work safety Creation of work instructions and documentation for the operation of the WPC plant Training, incorporation and further development of employees at the plant Optimization of driving, cleaning systems and service life to increase plant availability, performance and energy efficiency Selection, evaluation and performance analysis of membranes and codecision on runtimes and deployment strategies Planning and control of membrane changes and continuous process monitoring Conducting and co-assisting experiments on a production scale including analysis and evaluation of results Technical link between production, engineering and process technology Support for commissioning, audits and plant operations Initiation and monitoring of technical improvements from business perspectives Ensuring traceability of products and system-side documentation (including SAP)

Complete studies in the field of food technology, process engineering or training as a milk technologe with further training as a master, technician* or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in food production with sound knowledge in membrane and evaporation technology Deep understanding of production processes Embossed technical understanding and knowledge in computer-assisted production and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Industrial thinking combined with high quality, hygiene and safety awareness Structured, independent and high-speed operation First management experience or a pronounced ability to guide employees Team orientation and clear communication skills
