Then you are right with us! We are looking for a motivated Process Coordinator (w/m/d) CAFM that supports our team in the further development and implementation of our Planon application. Be part of our dynamic team and actively shape the future of our software solutions!

Development and implementation of the planon application in coordination with the operational specialist departments and the planon development team Advising the specialist departments with regard to possible process digitization in planon Illustration and further development of operational processes in Planon Introduction of new modules within the planon software Management and implementation of rollout projects national & international Error analysis/recovery and second-level support

Study of economic informatics or comparable training with first professional experience Embossed process thinking and open communication behavior Experience with CAFM software, preferably Planon desirable Knowledge of software validation and interfaces desirable (SAP and other systems) PowerBI knowledge desirable Very good English skills in word and writing, second foreign language desirable readiness to travel in Germany and abroad Driving licence B Personal competencies Teamability and flexibility Designed and independent working within the team Individual initiative and target orientation Enthusiasm for new tasks
