Process Experte Logistik (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• Support of locations in the control and optimization of personnel deployment planning
• documentation of the personnel deployment planning process and the promotion of continuous improvements
• implementation of implementation projects and participation in cross-departmental projects in the context of the package envelope
• Control of personnel deployment planning by means of key figures and identification and implementation of measures to improve performance and quality
• Development of training methods and preparation of the associated training documents
• Planning and implementation of internal and external workshops and training
• Interface between handling officers, all process participants in the branch and the central areas

Strengths:

• Complete degree in Business Administration / Economic Engineering (preferably with focus on logistics) or comparable training
• Experience in Lean Management, Process and Project Management
• Preferably professional experience from the logistics or KEP industry
• Routinized handling of MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Teams)
• Own initiative and proactive approach to tasks and structured and targeted working methods
• High level of communication strength, reliability and team spirit
• readiness to travel within Germany (about 20% of activity)
