Employee Accounting / Balance Sheet Accountant / Rent Accountant (m/f/d)

You independently prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB. You contribute to the production of the consolidated financial statements. Current business incidents (debitors, creditors, asset accounting, bank, main book) are booked and voted by you. You are responsible for ongoing financial accounting and internal reporting. You create economic evaluations and key figures analyses. You support the development of reporting templates, decision bases and presentations for the management and the Supervisory Board. You contribute to liquidity and financial planning, including target-actual comparisons and forecasts. You create sales tax pre-registrations, statistical reports and support the audit. You develop internal processes, the internal control system (IKS) and the digitization of accounting processes.

You have a successfully completed training on IHK (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You have a multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the municipal or housing environment. You have well-founded knowledge in commercial law (HGB). A safe handling of common accounting software (desired DATEV and Immotion) as well as very good Excel skills is of course for you. We require a high number affinity and analytical understanding, combined with a careful and responsible way of working. You have the ability to prepare complex facts for management in a manner that is appropriate to the address. Social competence, team skills, communication strength and a strong understanding of economic relationships complete your profile.
