Personal and organic management of the construction site at our industrial customer Contact person on site for project managers and coordination with foreign trade unions Management or coordination of self-employed, temporary and post-contracting personnel according to the contractual requirements of the contract Monitoring of working hours and performance at the construction site Digital scale for own services and the creation of testable documents (isometry, scale plan)

Training as a plant mechanic SHK or comparable training, for example as a gas and water heater or central heating manufacturer At least 5 years of professional experience as a construction manager or plant mechanic in the structures of sanitary/heating or air conditioning technology Minimum German level B2 driving licence class B
