We are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner (m/w/d) for operational personnel management at the Aich site at the next time possible. As HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you are a key component of a highly coordinating and impulsive corporate function. You are responsible for the competent consultation and supervision of the departments in all personal matters as well as ensuring the work order in the operational and economic interest. In addition to securing the operating business, the value contribution should relate to the acquisition of service providers.

Competent support of the departments in all personnel, operational and labour law matters along the Employee Lifecycle Ensuring the operational work order, implementation of HR processes and legal and labour law requirements Recruiting of industrial experts and commercial experts (including for production, maintenance, industrial engineering, work preparation, logistics) Constant improvement of HR processes and employee experience Structural cooperation with the works council Targeted personnel development to effectively develop the skills and competencies of our executives and employees Continuous analysis of personal KPIs as well as guidance of the specialist areas to increase productivity and efficiency

You have many years of professional experience in human resources management or in a similar profession Hands-on is a practice for you. You act pragmatically as well as solution-oriented and prefer a generalistic method You are characterized by communication strength, sovereign appearance and diplomatic skill at all hierarchy levels You also have a high level of loyalty, responsibility and quality awareness
