Contract manager*in Department Services for people with disabilities and care agency SGB IX helps people with disabilities to share equal opportunities in life and to live as self-determined as possible. You are responsible for negotiating contracts and compensations with service providers with your colleague at the Office for Contract Management – working together both independently and collegially with the other staff and property management units in the management team. You are responsible for the preparation, planning and implementation of negotiations for the city of Freiburg as a carrier of integration aid, which will lead to the conclusion of performance and compensation agreements based on the SGB IX Part 2 Chapter 8. In communication with service-providing, you’ll proceed in a structured manner and advise on issues relating to contracting. In addition to the negotiation of compensation changes and the processing of compensation-relevant applications, you will meet investment decisions. You accompany proceedings before the Arbitration Centre (SGB IX), which means you prepare and carry out independently.

You have completed university studies in law, administration, political, economic or social sciences. Ideally, you have already (multiannual) professional experience in social administration and contracting. Legal knowledge is advantageous, in particular in the performance and contract law of SGB IX. You work organized, think solution-oriented and convince by your communication and negotiation skills.

Up to 30.09.2027 temporary employment in parttime (50%) with the possibility of a temporary increase of up to 20% up to 28.02.2027.
