Product Owner CRM (m/w/d) in the Department of Digitalization and Business Development

With the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics, we want to achieve a modern, scalable and future-proof solution to optimize our processes and improve customer satisfaction. We, the digitization unit in the Malteser Hilfsdienst (MHD), accompany the introduction and establishment of the CRM system and work closely with the departments of the Malteser. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an experienced Product Owner (m/w/d) in full time (39 h) for the Cologne site, which is responsible for the implementation and adaptation of MS Dynamcis with focus on CRM. In the first 1.5 years, you will support a specialist area in the implementation of the CRMs and connected systems, and will act in tandem with a specialist contact. Controlling the adjustment and further development and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system with a view to the company's strategic objectives and the areas of expertise

Recording, prioritization and translation of requirements from specialist areas into usable user stories

Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure a user-centric CRM product

Control of implementation partners and technical service providers

Responsibility for the Product Backlog, including prioritization, care and acceptance of results

Analysis and optimization of CRM-related processes and data flows

Creating test scenarios, performing functional tests and removing new features and ensuring data quality in CRM

Support of MHD services in the initiation and establishment of the CRM system

Close professional support of the roll-out (including support in the creation of training documents, in communication, data migration)

Consultation and operational support of the departments for optimal use of the CRM system

At least 3 years of experience as a product owner or project manager in the digital environment – ideally with CRM focus

Funded knowledge of the application and development of CRM systems (optimal of Microsoft Dynamics)

Experience with classic and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and safe handling of tasks/project management systems such as Azure DevOps

Ability to prepare complex requirements in a comprehensible manner and to mediate between specialist and IT

Embossed ability to process analysis and to develop data-based solutions

Knowledge of interfaces, data models and system architectures are advantageous
