• At least 4 years of experience in Category Management, Sales, Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing, DX (or equivalent functions outside the company) • Funded knowledge of the German retail landscape, especially Traditional Trade / Away from Home • Knowledge of brand building, marketing including shopper and commercial marketing • leadership skills to achieve goals in interdisciplinary project teams • Flowing English (and German) in word and writing
