We – Ritter, part of Avantor – are looking for a shift leader in the print shop (m/w/d), who is responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership of a team. He works on the team and is responsible for the coordination and organisation of the team members.

Your tasks: setting and setting, optimization of machine parameters and their documentation Error analysis and measure definition in the case of plant failures in cooperation with production management/maintenance technology and support in maintenance and maintenance activities. Technical and disciplinary management of employees of a shift and ensuring a smooth running of production processes to achieve the specified production targets Coordination and organisation of team members, training and assignment of employees Reporting of production results to the production department Responsible for the general order and cleanliness 5S in the production hall Responsible for the quality of the product produced Constant optimization of production processes Responsible for compliance with health and safety

You should bring this with you: Multiannual experience in a comparable position Mechanical and Technical Understanding Responsible and independent working Experience with personnel management Structured and independent operation, flexibility, team capacity and communication strength Analytical and process-oriented thinking Languages required: German in word and font good PC knowledge (SAP experience of advantage)

Position requirements: Willingness to shift work (spring, late and night shift) Willingness to work on weekends - with attendance bonus and reference
