Senior Manager Group Management Reporting & Data (m/f/d)

As Senior Manager Group Finance Reporting & Data (m/w/x) you take a key role in Arvato Finance International. In this global function, you actively shape the financial management and decision bases of the entire company network.

You act as a strategic Sparring partner for top management and report directly to Group Finance at the Gütersloh headquarters. At the same time, you lead a small, highly qualified team and drive the further development of reporting, data and control models.

Design of the Group control logic: further development and harmonisation of the Management Reporting Framework and central KPI and data models Drivers of Finance Transformation: Support for Digitalization and Standardization of Controlling, Planning and Forecast Processes Central contact for reporting requirements: Control and implementation of new requirements in close cooperation with IT, BI and data teams Analysis & Management Insights: deriving decision-relevant insights for top management and ensuring data quality and consistency International roll-out of standards: integration of new companies into the group reporting logic and ensuring uniform control principles Leadership & Enabling: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team and promotion of best practices and knowledge transfer

Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Economics or Similar Multiannual experience in management reporting, controlling or finance transformation, ideally in a management consultancy Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI) and Data & Analytics Strong conceptual and analytical thinking Ability to make complex facts understandable Very good English skills
