Credit Management - Settlement Advisor for Private Customers (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking at the next possible time for the risk management credit for an employee as a resolution supervisor for private customers who will take over the following main tasks after appropriate incorporation: Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) After incorporation, you take over the following main tasks: Processing of private settlement commitments (including consumer insolvency proceedings) and private return commitments Legal and Economic Engagement Examination Assessment of alternatives for the creation and implementation of settlement or return concepts Conducting personal negotiations with customers, guarantors, lawyers, insolvency administrators, possibly also with other financiers, public bodies, house administrations and other stakeholders Termination of engagement Implementation of the judicial dunning procedure (titulation/enforcement) Use of real estate and other securities Perception of forced auction dates Agreement of return arrangements and monitoring their compliance Formation of individual value adjustments, presentation of depreciation and processing of written receivables Maintenance of data in the resolution program
