In a special trust position, your team will advise you on the management of the building and building management policy. You always have an eye on the department's strategic measures and take over the following tasks: Discipline and professional leadership of a team of 7 employees Testing, consulting and commenting on the preparation of construction projects / project developments Support for the implementation of strategic construction measures and the continuation of the real estate strategy Responsible for the (further) development and implementation of standards, guidelines and recommendations for action for our building and building management Intensive cooperation with the areas of the real estate department or throughout the house on comprehensive (special) topics

You are a dedicated leader with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills. Your communication strength and persuasiveness enable you to take part in and sustainably anchor changes. You will be distinguished by your solution orientation and communication at eye level and bring the following: A completed scientific higher education (Akademischer Grad Master / Diplom Uni) in the field of architecture or civil engineering Multiannual experience as leadership and many years of professional experience in construction management (ideally in all phases of the HOAI) Experience in project management of major public construction measures is desirable Knowledge of and practical experience with quality standards in building and/or operating buildings
