As a group leader (m/w/d), you will guide your team in a disciplined and professional manner, promote it through targeted coaching or In addition to planning, further training measures and take over the monitoring of budgets and resources. In addition to the operational management of our purchasing systems or customer hotline, you develop appropriate processes and methods and drive the strategic orientation of your group to secure the higher-level department goals. Successful study of economics or a comparable academic degree Multiannual professional practice in the described field of activity (ideal in purchasing) or in the project management with professional and personal responsibility Experience in the creation and preparation of management-oriented presentations and project management with the willingness to take over project roles Expertise about operating models (governance, methods, processes, risk), in regulatory and in purchasing-relevant IT systems Strong strategic, structured and analytical ways of working to develop and implement purchasing strategies, with strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and promote cooperation Very good German and English in word and writing
