As a service engineer (w/m/d) in the field service in the Leipzig/Halle region, you are the central contact person for our B2B customers around our professional coffee machines. With your technical know-how and service orientation, you can ensure smooth operation with our customers. Your tasks Installation, commissioning and maintenance and repair of our coffee machines on site at the customer Implementation of new orders and dismantling and exchange of existing equipment Analysis and elimination of technical disorders including sustainable fault causes elimination Advising our customers for optimal setting of machines (quality, taste and use) Own responsible management of the spare parts inventory in the service vehicle (availability, reorder and order) Documentation of service operations and the acquisition of necessary administrative activities Quick and solution-oriented support in trouble or emergency situations at the customer

For this role as a service technician (w/m/d) in the field service in the Leipzig/Halle region, we are looking for someone who brings the following skills and experiences: Complete training in the field of electronics, electrical engineering or mechatronics (also welcome to professional beginners) or experience in the technical service environment or in automation technology Good IT and system knowledge, especially in MS Office (ideally also mobile service tools) High customer and service orientation as well as independent working readiness to travel within the region and driving licence class B English knowledge of advantage
