• As an IT service engineer (w/m/d), you are primarily active in the field service with our customer in the DACH region
• You can perform different tasks in the field of installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software.
• You stand with advice and deed and support your colleagues through analyses, solutions for disorders and escalation management
• Due to your communication strength, you will provide good contacts to our customers and document your activities carefully and comprehensible

• Complete training in the IT environment
• Ideally, you can experience hard and software support and operating systems.
• Experience in 1st & 2nd Level Support is advantageous
