We are looking for you

Projektmanagement (m/w/d) at the Hamburg location

Our portfolio in the field of turnkey construction includes the turnkey production of industrial and commercial buildings, office and administrative buildings as well as special buildings and the complete revitalization of existing buildings.

Your duties

• You calculate independently turnkey projects
• They work with the project selection and acquisition
• They support contract negotiations
• They advise and support our customers in technical questions

Your profile

• A degree as a civil engineer (m/w/d), economic engineer (m/w/d), architect (m/w/d) or construction engineer (m/w/d)
• Ideally experience in costing projects in turnkey construction
• Technical understanding and construction site experience
• Ideally basic knowledge of building-specific software (e.g. RIB iTWO, BIM)
• Self-employed and targeted work and cooperative behaviour in the team
