Project Buyer for the Commodity Plastics (m/f/d)

Creation of requests based on existing specifications for suitable suppliers worldwide Evaluation and plausibility of the offers including cost-break-downs and derivation of possible negotiation potentials Intensive renegotiation of all conditions for tools and parts up to the presentation of the award decision clarification and coordination of all commercial, contractual and project-related details with suppliers and communication to the project team Takeover of all shopping activities until handover to the series incl. Order processing of the first samples and the required tools Development and implementation of cost saving activities during the product development process (design-to-cost initiatives in cooperation with the construction department)

Completed studies in a technical field or alternatively technical training with further training to the technician Reliable experience in the fields of purchasing, cost analysis and/or tooling, ideally in the automotive sector Finded technical knowledge in the field of plastic injection molding desirable Communication and negotiation strength as well as sovereign appearance and team skills High level of target and outcome orientation, willingness to decide and enforcement Experience in project management Good English knowledge of word and writing
