The position is to be occupied in parttime with 18 hours per week. Responsibility for the housing industry of our employee apartments (including maintenance of the contract management tool) occupancy management, completion and renewal of rental contracts, organisation of housing facilities tenant and landlord care, consultations with employees and complaint management Further apartment search with realization of apartment visits Implementation of housing transfers and removals on site Monitoring and organisation of internal and external household and craftsmen used in the housing stock Monitoring of rental payments and rental adjustments with accounting, controlling and personnel department interfaces Support and assistance in the preparation of the additional cost accounting or in the accounting with interfaces to accounting, controlling and personnel

Completed commercial or comparable training Experience in housing or real estate Safe handling of MS Office package Friendly, safe and binding occurrence Organizational institution Very independent and structured mode of operation Good communication and social skills Team skills Empathy power
