As a direct management (CFO/COO) and part of the Leadership team, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our organization by solving planning issues and taking on the active operational, transparent and participative management of the business according to the IFRS accounting requirements. As a competent Sparring partnerin, coach, team player and co-designerin, who sees the big and whole, you will explain and at the same time ensure our financial fitness – in small steps, data-driven, address-oriented and comprehensible – as a real business enabler!

You take over the independent management and development of professional teams in accounting (12 people), two controlling experts and one process manager You are with your expertise of the internal business partners in financial issues, in the omnichannel business and European expansion, and you are in touch with SAP Financials Main and secondary bookings are your responsibility as well as the creation of all accounts of the Manufactum Group, its auditing, notification (also to the Otto Group) and coordination with auditors You understand regular and ad-hoc controlling as part of the company's development and are a guide for your peers and management In special projects or contract designs of essential importance, you bring yourself a valuable coach and designer*in With a strategic view, you are driving forward the potentials of digitalization and process efficiency/automatization. This enables you to develop efficient, agile solutions for your team and strategically the roadmap for an SAP S/4/ newGL conversion and the increasing use of AI-driven agents

Successful completion in BWL/Economic Informatics or comparable training background with focus on (international) accounting and controlling Multiannual, well-founded experience in comparable topics in the trading environment and international omnichannel eCommerce Spicy routine with always up-to-date view of regulatory requirements and risk management Very good knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting Founded M365 and SAP FI/CO knowledge; SAP SD/MM, LucaNet desirable Ideally project and implementation experience of SAP S/4 Financials and the business partner, newGL and account plan changes Curious curiosity about opportunities through digitalization tools (e.g. Process Mining, Robotics, AI) MVP, PoC, DevOps and Agile are known to you and do not frighten you Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Representative social, leadership and communication skills Integeres, trusting action with tangible commitment and flexibility
