You plan the personnel deployment, leadership and development of the employees assigned to you In the interdisciplinary team, you design the organisation and optimization of workflows and processes in the OP You contribute to the further development of quality management in the OP department and pay attention to compliance with (hygiene) standards You ensure optimal material and equipment management You initiate and participate in OP management projects and can complete your exciting task profile

You have many years of professional experience as a health care provider, nursing professional, nursing professional, nursing, nurse or surgical assistant*in (OTA) at the OP (m/w/d) You have a current or successful degree in nursing management or a qualification other than management or an interest in studying in this area You already have experience in a leading role in an OP You will enjoy training our OTA trainees You are characterized by special commitment and enthusiasm for the function service OP You are team capable and have a high social competence Your responsible, reliable, structured and independent working complements your profile Equal opportunities We stand for equal opportunities.
