(Senior) Day Controller in Customer Service (m/f/d)

Your tasksYou are responsible for the intraday control of the service area and control responsibly different channels. (Contact Center control). You plan the optimal use of employees in the customer service during the day individually as needed and quickly reappear unpredictable situations. You analyze and achieve the service goals together with your team to quickly and successfully solve the various customer concerns. You use call flow and start routings as tools to find creative solutions. You take exciting projects (e.g. implementation of chat in new service areas) and work on them until successful implementation.

Your profileYou have relevant professional experience to perform the described tasks and ideally have completed vocational training. You are a thinker and like to plan foresight, pursue goals and think of solution-oriented. Complex and analytical topics can inspire you and you have a quick understanding. You communicate with your fellow human beings, empathically and at eye level. You see changes as a chance and actively shape. You have a high personal claim, are service-oriented, resilient and willing to work independently. • Even in challenging situations, you convey optimism.
