Education: You are the main partner (m/w/d) for our trainees and take care of all training topics Recruiting: You carry out the entire recruiting process on your own, from job alert to recruitment of new employees (m/w/d) Employer Branding: Together with our marketing department, you develop and implement measures to strengthen our employer brand in order to attract talented professionals for our company and to bind existing professionals On-boarding and offboarding: With the development of efficient concepts for a smooth entry and exit process Operational Health Management: You support the development of integrated occupational health management and promote the health of our employees through targeted measures and programs (including implementation of BEM talks) Digitalization & process optimization: You support personnel management in projects to digitize and optimize HR processes Labour law issues: You advise and support executives on labour law issues and ensure compliance with statutory and collective bargaining regulations and corporate policies Personal Care: You support our employee (m/w/d) as well as payroll (incl. time management)

Training/study: You have a successfully completed commercial training with further training as a specialist (m/w/d) or a successfully completed business studies with a focus on personnel/HR Multiannual professional practice: You bring well-founded, generalistic HR knowledge in the operative human resources of a medium-sized industrial company with Convincing personality: You convince professionally and humanly through competence and trustworthiness as well as integrity and loyalty Hands-on-Mentality: You pack up, are pragmatic and implement things successfully Social competence, communication and team skills: You have a high social competence, communicate clearly, work in the team and proactively introduce yourself Software: You are routined in handling MS 365 as well as HR software (including BMS systems)
