Field Application Manager (m/f/d)

You support customers as well as sales in technical issues related to systems and solutions. You analyze technical problems in already installed systems and actively contribute to their elimination. You create the technical components of offers and develop suitable solutions. You accept customer requirements, check them carefully and assess their technical feasibility. You develop suitable technical solutions for different customer requirements and application scenarios. You support product presentations, customer training and technical demonstrations of our systems. You work closely with the areas of sales, marketing, engineering and project management. You accompany system configurations, installations and application-related questions from a technical perspective. You regularly serve customers and identify additional sales potentials. You examine technical documentation, brochures and manuals for technical accuracy and comprehensibility. You serve customers technically in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You have completed your studies in electrical engineering, energy engineering, automation technology or mechatronics (m/w/d), a degree as a state-tested technician in the field of electrical engineering (m/w/d), as an electrical engineering master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the electrotechnical environment. You bring at least five years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering. You have experience with USV systems or are ready to work quickly into this topic. You have a good technical understanding of electrical systems and their applications. You are able to systematically analyze technical problems and develop appropriate solutions for them. You have experience in customer contact and convince by a pronounced communication capability. You bring a readiness to travel of up to about 20 percent. You are ready to serve customers throughout the DACH area. You have fluent German knowledge on at least C1 level. You bring good English knowledge to at least B2 level. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office. You work closely and constructively with sales, product management, engineering and project management.
