Then become part of our team. You support us in particular in HR Reporting, HR Controlling and HR Administration.

Creation, analysis and plausibility of regular HR reporting, key figures and evaluations for HR, departments and management Processing and evaluation of extensive HR data for different stakeholders Development and automation of existing Excel-based reports and evaluations Calculation of variable remuneration Care and development of the short-term dashboard Creation and preparation of ad hoc analyses for HR, departments and management Examination of employee transfer contracts and related invoices Personally responsible implementation and supervision of administrative HR processes, for example in connection with companyjubilities, accident reports or other personnel topics Processing and provision of relevant data for the Secova safety and training management system Close cooperation with the controlling and other internal interfaces

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First professional experience in HR environment, HR controlling, HR operations, personnel controlling or reporting Very good Excel knowledge, especially in handling pivot tables, complex formulas and large amounts of data Experience in the automation of evaluations and processes, for example with VBA or macros, is a plus High numerical affinity and an analytical and structured manner Embossed quality awareness, reliability and a high degree of discretion Safe handling of MS Office Affinity for digital tools and ideally experience with AI-based applications for data analysis and process optimization First knowledge of HR systems such as SAP HR, Loga, ATOSS or comparable solutions are advantageous Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good knowledge of English (at least B2) readiness to make working hours flexible with repeating reporting days The position is located at our location in Poing near Munich.
