You might soon be our new working student Central Bautechnik - stock refurbishment sales objects (m/w/d) at our location in Berlin and participate in exciting projects in part-time for up to 20 hours a week. You can also apply for a compulsory internship as part of your studies.

Support of the building management in the day-to-day business from planning to execution to acceptance, warranty and documentation in the context of old building renovation/modernisation for sales-preparing measures Participation in communication and coordination with construction and craft firms and other departments and stakeholders Take independent tasks and actively contribute to project design Active cooperation and co-design at the digital process optimization to continuously improve workflows

You study civil engineering, architecture or a comparable subject Team skills is self-evident and you appreciate the exchange with colleagues First practical experiences on the construction site are of advantage A strong interest in technical relationships in the field of construction You have good knowledge in MS Office and IT applications A structured and careful way of working distinguishes you
