Our IT4SC department looks at the global, internal and cross-industrial logistics processes to ensure the supply of production in the plants. With the written student activity, we are looking for long-term support for a strategic project in the context of Data Communication. The project implements a state of the art platform that will replace the group-wide data communication. For this we need support in internal and external communication as well as in support of the project management in various tasks. Specifically, the following tasks will wait for you: Participation in the communication of the project status to management of Mercedes Benz

Building a communication platform for the distribution of updates, best practices, etc. across the entire IT

Collection of requirements of IT systems or partners and coordination of these with the project team

Planning, organisation and coordination of project workshops and meetings On Campus & Remote

Taking over tasks in the project and tracking of overarching tasks

Coordination and planning of project resources

Other tasks by arrangement and development in the area of responsibility

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Course in Media Informatics, Business Informatics, Economics or similar courses (Bachelor or Master)

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS-Office, special creation of presentations for top management

Engagement, motivation and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working

Willingness to take over tasks independently

First contact to agile procedures of advantage
