What your training involves You learn everything about the programming, control and commissioning of electrical systems. We make you a power grid allrounder: In addition to the vocational school in Aalen, you will also spend a part of your training at the Ellwangen workshop in our training partner, where you will also get many basics and knowledge about the distribution network at mid-voltage level. Your new colleagues from TransnetBW – from the substation to the free line road – will show you how to prove yourself in the practice of the high-voltage world. Together with experienced trainers, you will take care of the control, maintenance and commissioning of electrical systems in the high voltage network – and will work properly from the outset. How to continue after your training After your training, we offer you a direct entry as a free line or plant monster in one of our teams. Together with us, you will ensure the power supply of 11 million people and make sure that every day in Baden-Württemberg is concerned with light.
