As a production employee (m/w/d) in rubber and plastic processing, you have the opportunity to introduce yourself to a dynamic team and produce high-quality products. Here are your tasks:

• You serve and monitor production plants – don't worry, we'll show you how to do it!
• You are responsible for quality control – an eye for details is brilliant here.
• You take care of the packaging and labelling of the products.
• Cleaning and small maintenance work are also your tasks.

We are looking for

No expert? No problem, we will support you from the start! Here are the basics we are looking for:

• You have completed school training – whether primary school, real school or other.
• Ideally you bring first production experience (no need – we will teach you everything!).
• You are reliable, motivated and willing to learn new things.
• You like to work in the team and have a sense of responsibility.
• You're flexible, even if you have shiftwork.
